NO RECORDING, NO REPLAY
Rooms are real-time only. Seylo does not record, store, or replay room audio, and there is no replay feature anywhere in the app. Audio passes through our servers only to be delivered live to listeners.
What we collect
Your phone number, username, avatar, interests, and follow relationships; the rooms and events you join; Coin purchases and ticket history; and basic device and crash data needed to keep the app running.
How we use it
To show you live rooms worth joining, to run tickets and Coin balances, to enforce the community guidelines, and to answer you when you contact support. We do not sell your data or use your voice to train models.
Who can see what
Your username, avatar, interests, and follower counts are public. Direct messages are visible only to you and the other person, and only open once you follow each other. Blocked accounts cannot see your activity.
Your choices
You can edit or remove profile details, pause notifications, block or unblock anyone, and delete your account from Settings inside the app — deletion is available in-app and needs no email to us. Write to seylo@gmail.com to request a copy of your data or ask us to erase it.
Retention and processors
Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of deletion, except records we must keep for tax, fraud, or safety reasons. We use a small set of processors — cloud hosting, real-time audio delivery, crash reporting, and the app stores for billing — who handle data only on our instructions and may store it outside your country.
Under 17
Seylo is rated 17+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17; if we learn an account belongs to someone underage we close it and delete the data.
